QR attendanceOptional feature
SetGo's gym attendance app turns a tablet or monitor at the front desk into a check-in point. It shows a live QR code that rotates every 30 seconds, so screenshots can't be shared. Members scan it from the app, and today's check-ins fill in on the screen as they arrive.

Scans are queued on the member's phone and synced when the connection is back.
Expired, overdue or frozen memberships can't check in until they renew.

The gym opens the attendance screen on a tablet, laptop or TV at the front desk, which shows a live QR code that changes every 30 seconds. Members scan it from the SetGo app, the check-in is recorded instantly, and it appears in today's attendance list with the time.
Attendance still works. If the gym or the member has no internet, the SetGo app saves the scan on the member's phone and syncs it automatically once the connection returns, within a six-hour window. This matters in places like Kashmir, where mobile data can drop for hours at a time.
No. SetGo refuses the check-in when a membership has expired, is overdue or is frozen, and shows the member a prompt to renew in the app. This keeps attendance honest and turns the front door into a gentle renewal reminder instead of an awkward conversation at the desk.
