Can I charge an admission fee in SetGo?
Yes. Set one admission fee for your gym on the Plans page. SetGo fills it in on a new member's first payment, where staff can change it or set it to zero to waive it, and never charges it on renewals. It is recorded as its own receipt, separate from the plan.
Can I run a discount on just one plan?
Yes. Add a percentage discount to any single plan, for example 10% off the yearly plan, and leave the others at full price. Members see the original price struck through next to the discounted price in the app, and SetGo shows you exactly what they will pay before you save.
What does a new member pay the first time?
A new member pays the plan price, minus any discount on that plan, plus your gym's one-time admission fee. Renewals cost only the plan price. For example, a ₹1,000 monthly plan with a ₹500 admission fee costs ₹1,500 the first time and ₹1,000 every month after that.
