SetGo starts at ₹699 a month for a gym with up to 100 members and goes up to ₹7,499 a month for 1,500 members. Every plan includes every feature, prices include GST, and gyms with more than 100 members pay less per member. Yearly plans are charged for 10 months, and the free demo costs nothing.

Yes. Pay for a year and you're charged for only 10 months — 2 months free. For example, a gym with up to 100 members pays ₹6,990 a year instead of ₹8,388. The yearly discount applies to every plan size, and you can switch between monthly and yearly billing at renewal.

Yes. A one-time payment option is available if you prefer to pay once instead of every month or year. Its price depends on your gym's size and requirements, so message our team on WhatsApp and we will agree it with you before you pay anything.

No. Every plan has billing, receipts, fee reminders, QR attendance, the member app, announcements and staff roles. The only difference is how many members you manage. QR attendance is optional — use it only if your gym wants to track check-ins.

Free options exist, such as spreadsheets and open-source software you host yourself, but they usually leave online payments, reminders, a member app, hosting and support to you. SetGo isn't free: it starts at ₹699 a month with every feature, and the demo is free so you can compare before you pay.

No. The SetGo app is free for your members. They download it, log in with their phone number and a one-time code, and only ever pay your gym's membership fees, either in the app with UPI or a card, or at your front desk in cash or UPI.
