Yes. Members pay in the SetGo app through Cashfree with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI ID, a debit or credit card, or netbanking, and the payment is recorded with a receipt automatically. Staff can also record UPI and cash paid at the counter, so every rupee lands in the same payment register.
Can SetGo charge an admission fee?
Yes. Set one admission fee for your gym and SetGo adds it automatically to each new member's first plan. It is never charged again on renewals, so returning members only pay the plan price. Set it to zero if you don't charge a joining fee at your gym.
Do I need a computer to use SetGo?
No. The SetGo admin portal works in any web browser, so you can run your gym from a laptop, a tablet at the desk or your own phone. Members use the SetGo app on their Android or iPhone, and nothing needs to be installed on the gym's computer.
