How do gym fee reminders work in SetGo?
The dues screen lists every member who is overdue, due today or due this week, with the amount for each. Click WhatsApp to open the chat with the renewal message already written, or App reminder to send a notification to the member's phone and a message card on their SetGo home screen.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp Web with the member's chat and the reminder already written, and you just press Send from your gym's own number. It costs nothing extra, and SetGo still logs the reminder on the member's profile so your team knows who has been contacted.
Will members get reminded twice by mistake?
No. Every reminder is logged on the member's profile with the date it was sent, and the button changes to Remind again. Anyone on your team can see at a glance who has already been contacted today, so members are not messaged twice by two different staff.
Can members renew right after getting a reminder?
Yes. A reminder points the member to the SetGo app, where they pick a plan and pay with UPI or a card in one slide. If they prefer to pay in cash or UPI at the front desk, staff record it there, and the member drops off the dues list automatically.
