GST is 9% for GST-registered businesses, and the PDPA 2012 sets out how gyms collect, use and protect member details. Yes. Front-desk staff manage members, dues and check-ins without seeing collections.
Can staff record PayNow payments?
Yes. Staff record the payment and its method at the desk, and SetGo issues a receipt. Members cannot pay inside the app in Singapore today.
Does SetGo make my gym PDPA-compliant?
No software does that on its own; compliance depends on how your gym collects and uses data. SetGo's staff roles help by limiting what front-desk staff can see, but your gym still decides what it collects and how long it keeps it.
