Gym management system for gyms in Nepal

Most gyms in Kathmandu and Pokhara still run on a register, a notebook of dues and a lot of phone calls. SetGo's gym management system replaces all three: members, plans, renewals, receipts and attendance in one system, and an app your members can check their days left on. We're now onboarding our first gyms in Nepal.

Running a gym in Nepal with SetGo

Gym members in Nepal pay in whatever way is quickest: an eSewa or Khalti transfer, a Fonepay QR scan at the counter, or cash. That leaves the owner matching wallet notifications to names in a register at the end of the day. VAT is 13% for registered businesses, and personal data falls under the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018). With SetGo, staff record each payment with its method as it happens, so the evening count is a list rather than a hunt through wallet alerts.

Questions about gym management system in Nepal

How much does gym management software cost in Nepal?

SetGo starts at US$9.99 a month for a gym with up to 100 members, with every feature included. Pay yearly and you're charged for only 10 months. Prices exclude local taxes where they apply.

Can I use SetGo in Kathmandu?

Yes. We're onboarding our first gyms in Kathmandu and across Nepal now. Book a demo on WhatsApp to get started.

Does SetGo work with a slow internet connection?

QR check-ins are saved on the member's phone and synced once the connection returns, so attendance isn't lost. The rest of SetGo needs an internet connection.

Can staff record eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay payments?

Yes. Staff record the payment and its method at the desk, and SetGo issues a receipt and updates the member's days left. Members cannot pay inside the app in Nepal today.

Does SetGo use Bikram Sambat dates?

Not today. SetGo shows dates in the Gregorian calendar, so plan start and end dates appear in AD. Tell us if your members need BS dates — it helps us decide what to build next.
