Running a gym in Sri Lanka with SetGo
Sri Lanka keeps the same clock as India, so a message to SetGo's team lands in the same working day. Members pay by LankaQR, card or cash, and VAT is 18% for registered businesses. The Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 is coming into force in stages, which makes it a good time to move member records out of an open notebook at the desk. How much does gym management software cost in Sri Lanka?

Yes. Front-desk staff manage members, dues and check-ins; collections stay with the owner.
Can staff record LankaQR payments?
Yes. Staff record the payment and its method at the desk, and SetGo issues a receipt and updates the member's days left. Members cannot pay inside the app in Sri Lanka today.
Will receipts show amounts in rupees?
Local-currency amounts on receipts are part of our early-access rollout. Ask us for the current status before you decide, and we'll tell you exactly what your receipts will show.
