Running a gym in Egypt with SetGo
Egyptian gyms now take InstaPay transfers, Fawry payments and mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash alongside cash. VAT is 14% for registered businesses, and the Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020) covers member details. Egypt also moves its clocks for summer time, so the gap to India changes during the year. SetGo records each payment with its method, so an owner can see at a glance how much came in by wallet and how much in cash.
