Yes. Each branch keeps its own plans and members on one platform. Staff record KNET, BenefitPay, card or cash payments at each desk. Tax rules differ by country, and SetGo receipts are not tax invoices.

Support is on WhatsApp from India, which is 1½ hours ahead of Oman and 2½ hours ahead of Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
