Running a gym in Saudi Arabia with SetGo
In Saudi Arabia most gym fees are paid with a mada card or STC Pay, and cash is still common at smaller gyms. Fees carry 15% VAT, and VAT-registered businesses must issue tax invoices through a ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing (FATOORA) solution. SetGo does not replace that: it tracks who has paid, for which plan and until when, so your front desk knows who is due before the e-invoice is ever raised.

Can staff record mada and STC Pay payments?
Yes. Staff record the payment at the desk, choose the plan, and SetGo issues a receipt and updates the member's days left. Members cannot pay inside the app in Saudi Arabia today.
